Philippians 3:13-14

Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:13-14

Do you have something in your past that makes you feel like you do not belong in the presence of the Lord? Maybe it is something you did years ago that still haunts you today or maybe it is a sin that you have struggled with most of your life, and you feel like you can't overcome it. No matter what it is, these wise words from Paul tell you how to handle it. Put it behind you, forget about it, and press towards Christ. If Paul could leave his past in the past, so can you. Christ has freed us from the bondage of sin and we no longer have to live with the weight that it brings. Today is a new day so no matter what you are dealing with, leave it behind and continue to reach towards Christ.

For the King,

Daniel Batistelli
