John 9:24-25

John 9:24-25

So they again called the man who was blind, and said to him, “Give God the glory!  We know this Man (they were talking about Jesus) is a sinner.  He answered and said, “Whether He is a sinner or not I do not know.  One thing I know: that I was blind, now I see.”

John 9:24-25

Jesus had healed a blind man on the Sabbath, and it really bothered the Pharisees.  So the Pharisees turn to the man who was healed and said, ”Give God the glory, not this sinner.”  Think of this man who was born blind and then one day this glorious thing happens to Him. He can see!  And most of what he sees are fingers pointing at him.

I love what this man then says as all these fingers are pointing at him. ”Whether He is a sinner or not, I do not know.  But One thing I know, that I was blind and now I see.” Awesome! Amen, brother! When people ridicule you and look down upon you because of your faith, saying, “How could you believe in the bible?”  We can say the same thing. “Well, I don’t understand all of how it works, but one thing I know for sure, I was blind and now I see!” And it all happened when I met Jesus.

I once was blind but now I see,
