Philippians 1:6

Philippians 1:6

Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:6

Placing this verse alongside the life of Peter we see that just as a potter shapes clay with purpose and vision, so God was continuously molding His servant into a vessel for His glory. Peter’s life certainly exemplifies this transformative process. Despite his impulsiveness and failures, God saw Peter’s potential and remained faithful to complete the good work He began in him.

Maybe you relate to Peter, and you might be asking, “Are there areas in my life where I feel unfinished or flawed?” Always keep in mind that God’s hands remain fixed on you, holding you and shaping you with loving patience. His eye sees what He is making you into – a vessel of honor.

Today, surrender those areas to the Master Potter, trusting in His faithfulness to complete what He started in you. After all, He’s the One who started this good work, and He’ll finish it.
