In the healing of the leper account, while Jesus’ touch revealed His compassion, it was His word that brought healing. We should never neglect the power of God’s Word in our lives. Just as Jesus spoke healing into the leper’s body, His Word can speak healing into our circumstances, relationships, and inner struggles. 

How can you invite God’s Word to be more active in your life? A good start is by simply reading it daily as your spirit and heart are ministered to by His Word. What are some areas where you need healing? Take some time to search for relevant scriptures to meditate on and speak over those situations. Then trust in the power of God’s Word to bring transformation and healing. He will deliver you in His perfect time.
