1 John 3:19-21

1 John 3:19-21

And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God.

1 John 3:19-21

Many believers wrestle with condemnation, feeling unworthy despite God’s promises. If your heart condemns you today, remember this liberating truth: God is greater than your heart, and He knows all things. He remembers that we are but dust. The enemy loves to magnify our failures and minimize God’s grace, but Scripture declares that when we’re living in obedience and love, we can have confidence before God. This doesn’t mean perfection—it means the posture of your heart is bent toward Him.

When guilt threatens to overwhelm you, bring it to the cross where Jesus already paid for every failure. Stand boldly in His righteousness, not your own. Let the truth of God’s Word silence the accusations of your heart and the enemy. You are beloved, forgiven, and accepted in Christ so walk in that truth.
