We are called by God, through His Word, to submit our lives to Him. One precious way to exercise that submission is through Worship in song. Worship is a vital part of the believer’s relationship with the Lord and as such Morningstar provides for individuals a means of expressing their love and worship to Jesus through music. We begin all of our church services with a time of singing to God the glory, honor, and praise He is due.
Looking to Serve?
Those who are gifted with music, both vocally and instrumentally, and are called to lead in worship are invited to participate in one of the many Worship opportunities we have at Morningstar. When you have completed a Ministry Application the overseeing pastor will contact you and listen to your skills, vocally and/or instrumentally and from there determine the best placement for you in the ministry.
We meet on a monthly basis to study God’s Word together, rehearse and learn new songs, and fine-tune the gifts that God has given us. We also meet once a quarter to discuss ministry policies, upcoming events, and to encourage one another.
