Colossians 2:6-7

Colossians 2:6-7

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

Colossians 2:6-7

Abiding isn’t passive—it’s an active, continuous relationship with Jesus. Just as a branch remains connected to the vine, drawing life and nourishment, you must remain intimately connected to Christ. This abiding relationship is your defense against spiritual drift and deception. When you abide in Him, His words abide in you, producing fruit that glorifies the Father.

Eternal life isn’t merely a future promise; it begins the moment you accept Christ. You experience its qualities now—supernatural peace, unexplainable joy, and divine purpose. Make abiding your daily practice through prayer, worship, and meditation on Scripture. Stay connected to the source of all life, and you’ll never be led astray.
