Ephesians 4:16

From whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

In the Bible, the church is described as the body of Christ, with Christ being the head.  The church body is the sum of its parts and the body can only be effective when every part does its share. Unfortunately, it is characteristic of most churches that a small portion of the people do the majority of the work. The perfect scenario is that every person in the church does their share according to their calling. Not all shares are equal, because not all callings are equal, but all have a share because all have a calling (Ephesians 4:1), so God’s will is that you simply step out and do what He has specifically set before you.

A body is only healthy when all of its parts are working as designed. Are you walking worthy of the calling with which you were called?  Pray that the Lord direct you to the ministry that He has planned for you.
