Ezekiel 3:1

Moreover He said to me, “Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.”

Ezekiel 3:1

God’s Word must be in our diet like it was for Ezekiel here. God told Ezekiel to eat the scroll. Ezekiel needed to internalize the message God gave to him to take to the people of Isreal, it needed to be his strength and nourishment for ministry. 

Just like Ezekiel, we need to eat and absorb the Word of God. We also have to internalize its message so we can take it to the world. If we are not living off of a steady diet of the Word, how can we expect to be full?

Today, let’s not forget our spiritual food that we need.
