Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.

It is only through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that this awesome statement of our Lord can come to pass. It is our great privilege as believers to accomplish such amazing works to honor our heavenly Father. And it is all made possible because Jesus died, rose, and took His rightful place on His throne in heaven, sending the Holy Spirit to empower us to serve our King.

What great works has the Lord called you to today? Jesus calls us to simply believe in Him, to put our trust in Him, to obey and follow His word, and He will do great things through our lives. As believers, we get to see God’s greatness in the work He does in and through us, and all the glory and honor goes to Him who gave His all for us.
