And He charged him to tell no one, “But go and show yourself to the priest, and make an offering for your cleansing, as a testimony to them, just as Moses commanded.”

When Jesus touched and healed the leper, He instructed him to follow the law’s requirements for cleansing, demonstrating the importance of obedience even after receiving a miraculous blessing. This act was both a testimony to the priests and a fulfillment of God’s law. 

In our own lives, how do we respond to God’s blessings? Do we follow through with obedience and testimony, or do we sometimes let our excitement override God’s specific instructions? Pray for discernment to hear God’s voice clearly and for the strength to obey, even when it doesn’t align with our immediate desires or understanding.
