Mark 10:1-2

Mark 10:1-2

Then He arose from there and came to the region of Judea by the other side of the Jordan. And multitudes gathered to Him again, and as He was accustomed, He taught them again. The Pharisees came and asked Him, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?” testing Him.

Mark 10:1-2

Jesus never allowed opposition to remove Him from the path of faithfulness. As He journeyed toward the cross, facing increasing hostility, He continued teaching and healing. The posture of faith is always forward. Some of Jesus’ most profound teachings came in response to insincere questions from His enemies. Your most difficult season may produce your greatest testimony.

If you’re facing opposition in your marriage or personal life, don’t quit. Paul remained faithful in prison, giving us Ephesians and Philippians. What might God birth through your faithfulness in hardship? The threat of opposition didn’t deter Jesus, and it shouldn’t deter you. Continue moving forward, trusting that God redeems even the most difficult circumstances for His glory and your growth.
