Mark 8:22-23
Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him. So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town…
Mark 8:22-23
Before the blind man received his sight, he had to trust Jesus’ hand to lead him out of town. He walked by faith before he walked by sight. This is the pattern of the Christian life—trusting God’s guidance even when we cannot see the path ahead or understand His purposes. The man’s hand was in the hand of Jesus, the safest place to be.
When God calls you into seasons where clarity seems absent and the way forward is unclear, remember this blind man. He learned to trust the Savior’s leading in complete darkness. Your circumstances may be confusing, but God’s hand is steady. In what area of your life is God asking you to trust His hand when you cannot see the way? Walk by faith, not by sight.
