Psalm 34:4, 22

I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears… The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned.

Psalm 34:4, 22

Peter reminds us that “the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials.” This echoes David’s testimony in Psalm 34 of God’s deliverance. Whatever challenges or opposition you face, take heart in knowing that God is aware and able to deliver you. This doesn’t mean we won’t face difficulties, but that God is with us in them and will ultimately bring us through. 

There have likely been many times in your life when you’ve experienced God’s deliverance or protection. How can remembering these strengthen your faith for current or future trials? Honor His promises by bringing your current struggles to God, trusting in His power to deliver.
