1 John 3:22-23
And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.
1 John 3:22-23
Christianity isn’t easy, but it is beautifully simple: believe in Jesus and love one another. Don’t overcomplicate your walk with God. In seasons of difficulty, ask yourself two questions each morning: “How can I trust Jesus today?” and “How can I display His love to others today?” The steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord—He’ll get you where you’re going. Your job is to remain faithful in these two simple commands. The Spirit dwelling within you is the evidence that you abide in Christ. His promptings to pray, to love, to forgive—these are signs of His active presence in your life. Rest in this assurance today. You don’t have to manufacture spiritual experiences or perform for God’s approval. Simply trust Him, love others, and walk in the confidence that you are His beloved child, secure in His grace.
