Luke 8:20-21

Someone told him, “Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to see you.” He replied, “My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice.”

Luke 8:20-21

When Jesus heard that His mom and brothers wanted to see Him, He looked at His disciples and the others following Him and said, ”These (you all) are my mother and my brothers who hear the word of God and do it.”  

When we were born again, in that very moment, we were placed into the family of God.  In that moment, we all became brothers and sisters in Christ.  I always wanted a brother when I was a kid. Now I got many of them!  And sisters too. We are all family now, so get used to it. We will be together for all eternity.
