Mark 8:3-5
And if I send them away hungry to their own houses, they will faint on the way; for some of them have come from afar.” Then His disciples answered Him, “How can one satisfy these people with bread here in the wilderness?” He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” And they said, “Seven.”
Mark 8:3-5
The disciples saw seven loaves and said, “It’s not enough.” They viewed their resources through the lens of limitation rather than God’s faithfulness. Sarah laughed when God promised the impossible, prompting God’s question: “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” When we focus on what we lack rather than on God’s past faithfulness, we miss opportunities for miracles. Your insufficiency is not a barrier to God—it’s an invitation. Every time God has provided before is a promise that He will provide again. His past faithfulness guarantees His present provision. Stop measuring your challenges against your resources and start measuring them against His unlimited power.
