Matthew 6:31

Matthew 6:31

“Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?”

Matthew 6:31

I have a favorite saying, “God takes care of the logistics.” What this means is that God will take care of the details along the journeys He places us on. It is not for us to worry ourselves silly about the many distractions and road bumps that may come up in our ministry and daily lives; most of those will not even come up. Yet it is one of our favorite things to do. If worrying about the problem before us is not enough, we somehow take pleasure in daydreaming about all the other things that could go wrong.

But God tells us not to worry. He will never give us a calling without giving us an equipping. Nor will He ever leave us or forsake us. We need not the most updated GPS, nor the perfect weather in which to travel. God will provide the right logistics at the right time.

God Bless,
