ClosePsalms 111 and 112 are twins because of similar structures. They speak of the blessed man and his worship of the Lord. Psalms 113-118 are known as the Hallel psalms because they are sung by the Jews at the annual feasts of Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles. Psalm 114 is sung at Passover and is all about God’s power from His past deliverances and miracles. Psalm 115 describes idols and those who create and worship them.
