Hebrews 4:14-16
Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:14-16
The Greek and Syro-Phoenician woman in Mark’s gospel approached Jesus boldly, despite cultural norms that should have held her back. Similarly, Hebrews encourages us to approach God’s throne with confidence. This boldness isn’t based on our own merit, but on Christ’s work. Is there anything holding you back from approaching God boldly in prayer? Are there areas of shame, guilt, or unworthiness? You can be encouraged that it’s not about your perfection, but about His grace. So, let’s all take a bold walk to the throne of grace and lay our burdens down at His feet.
